Once we evaluate and are satisfied with the items we will offer either:

Up to 50% of our sales value for those items in store credit (within 48hours)

up to 30% of our sales value for those items in cash (within 5 business days)

Store credit will be automatically added to you online wallet and sent to you via a gift card.

You can redeem your store credit online or in store.

DECISION TO ACCEPT TRADE INS IS AT OUR DISCRETION

EXAMPLE:

Your item's value (our store price): R100

Trade in value: R50 (R50% of R100)

This R50 will be added to your store credit online wallet.
